Origin

Founded in Manhattan. Built for the world.

In 2009, in the wake of the financial crisis, a group of senior consultants from leading global search firms came together in New York. They shared one conviction — that exceptional leadership is the most powerful catalyst for organizational transformation.

ConvergeTalents opened in a small office in Midtown Manhattan. Our earliest clients were in financial services and emerging technology, and we walked with them through IPOs, transformations, M&A and global expansion.

Over the next fifteen years we followed our clients abroad — London in 2013, Sydney in 2016, Singapore in 2018, Beijing in 2020. Every new office honored the same principles: a local team, deep sector expertise, and one global standard.

Today, ConvergeTalents is a boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm operating across five offices and more than thirty industries. Our partners average more than 18 years of search experience, and over 70% of our work comes from repeat or referred engagements.
